Four staff members at Gardant-managed communities were honored last week with Illinois Health Care Association 2023 Excellence Awards.
The association is comprised of more than 500 nursing homes, assisted living, and supportive living communities. The awards were presented during the association’s annual convention in Springfield, Illinois.
Mike Stickler of Grand Prairie of Macomb was named the Food Service/Dietary Professional of the Year.
Sarah Roland Lucchesi of Heritage Woods of South Elgin was honored as the Business Office Professional of the Year.
Jennifer Rood of Heritage Woods of Freeport received the Director of Nursing of the Year award.
Rosemarie Rodrigo was honored as the Certified Nursing Assistant of the Year.
Overall, 20 staff members at 14 Gardant-managed communities were among the nearly 60 individuals nominated for 2023 awards.
