Gull Creek Garden - a beautiful addition to our community!
Gull Creek Senior Living is excited to share our plans for improving the green space along Meadow Street. We commissioned landscape designer, Maryann Alberts Malarkey, CLD, to develop a plan with spacious walking paths winding through native plantings and outdoor meeting spaces. The owners of Gull Creek Senior Living are privately funding this project for the enjoyment of our residents, associates and neighbors. Jamie, our Activity Director, is already planning a variety of outdoor events for our seniors to enjoy in the garden. Weekly wellness walks, creative growing projects and other seasonal programs are in the works and we welcome your ideas and participation.
We ask for your patience as we aim to reach our goal for completion in the early Summer of 2023. Groundbreaking will commence in April and construction will be limited to the weekday hours of 8am – 5pm, out of respect for our residents and neighbors. All construction traffic is planned to run through the Gull Creek Senior Living parking lot with the goal of minimizing impact to resident and visitor parking. There may be limited instances when construction may impact our neighbors. We will communicate through posted announcements and social media.
