Happy New Year!! The residents and I are excited to start the new year out together- Happy 2023!!

December has arrived along with the freezing cold temperatures. Merry Christmas!!

The fall weather here in West Virginia was very short. We are in the middle of October and todays high temp is 49 degrees, Saturday we will get back to 70’s, we are not ready for the cold winter temps yet.

Here at Cedar Grove we are excited for the fall weather and the change of colors however we are not ready for the snow. The local weather channel has been saying the heavier the fog the worse the winter will be.

We have had a lot of fun this month and look forward to next month with Assisted Living Week quickly approaching. Overall, I am getting more participants in activities as they hear the others talk about the fun they are having.
