American heart month is here at Cedar Grove we will be celebrating a lot of things this month. Valentines’ day is the 14th it is a special time to show your loved ones how much we appreciate everything they do for us daily. February the 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day and we here at Cedar Grove would like to encourage everyone to show compassion, kindness, and love to one another. The 18th is also National Caregivers Day. The Residents at Cedar Grove will be expressing how much they appreciate all the dedication and hard work the staff do for them. It just shows that we here at Cedar Grove are truly blessed to have such amazing Residents, Staff, and Family members. Also Please take a minute and let us know how were doing, leave us a review on Facebook, Google, and Yelp. I would also like to encourage everyone to continue practicing proper hand washing, safe distancing and wearing a mask. Also please take a moment and try the macaroni and cheese recipe it looks yummy!
