Cambridge House of Maryville continued its efforts to give back to the community by hosting a school supply drive.

Supplies were donated to Homework, Help & Hoops (HHH), an outreach program that was designed to help at-risk students in a neighboring community finish their homework and receive one-on-one tutoring in the subject areas in which they need the most help.

Since its creation, the program has not only increased its after-school tutoring hours, but has also added a summer program for reading retention.  Currently, HHH serves approximately 50 students in their after-school tutoring program, and more than 80 children a day throughout the summer.

The residents at Cambridge House were proud to collect and donate school supplies to help the children who benefit from this amazing program in our area.

You can check them out on Facebook to learn more about their outreach efforts.
