Gardant Communities Recognized for Commitment to Quality

By Rick Banas of Gardant Management Solutions

Here is news to celebrate. We recently learned that 15 of the 39 assisted living communities nationwide that are being honored with American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living 2021 Bronze Quality Awards are Gardant-managed communities.

Bronze status is the first step in a progressive three-step process that recognizes long-term care providers that demonstrate a commitment to improving the quality of care for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Each application is reviewed and judged against a set of nationally recognized standards for achieving excellence.

Bronze award status recognizes providers that have developed a foundation and begun a continuous journey of quality improvement.

As Rod Burkett, Gardant’s CEO, notes the recognition is due to the dedicated efforts of the staffs and management teams at the communities and is indicative of their dedication to providing residents with the Love, Compassion, Dignity, and quality care they deserve.

Over the past three years, 40 Gardant communities have received Bronze Award status.
