- All it takes for residents to get the most out of the system are 20-minute sessions three to five times a week.
No wonder the computerized Dakim brain fitness program is becoming increasingly popular among residents of our assisted living communities in Huntley and South Elgin.

The show airs from 10 to 11 p.m. on WIND-560 AM out of Chicago and is hosted by Dr. David Fisher, a board certified gerontologist.
“You can listen to the show live by tuning into 560-AM or by streaming via the Internet when you click here,” says Rick Banas, Vice President of Strategic Marketing for BMA.
Streaming via the Internet is especially beneficial to those who are too far away from Chicago to pick up the broadcast signal.
