As SVP of Accounting, Selena provides leadership and oversight in all areas of accounting, including audit, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting for the portfolio of Gardant managed communities.

Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Purdue University and over 30 years of experience, Selena has developed a solid foundation in financial principles, which she leverages to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters. Her interpersonal skills enable her to promote effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals.
