Alexandra Shuell

As the Vice President of Operations, Alexandra leads, directs, and coordinates operations throughout the portfolio. As an advocate, Alexandra is the Illinois State Leader for the National Center of Assisted Living. Alexandra also serves on communities devoted to quality care within senior living to include the NCAL Quality Committee which utilizes the Baldrige Framework. Alexandra is responsible for ensuring decisions are aligned with our mission to remain innovative and inclusive of all stakeholders while looking to the future of how Gardant will pioneer affordable care in new markets. Alexandra has held roles in both operations and marketing during her tenure with Gardant over the last decade. Alexandra holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
