Belvedere Senior Housing is an affordable assisted living community that is being developed near I-65 and Rte. 30 in Merrillville, Indiana.
White Oaks at McHenry is an assisted living memory care community that is specially designed to serve older adults with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.
The Sanctuary at St. Cloud in Minnesota will house affordable assisted living and memory care apartments.
Affordable assisted living communities managed by Gardant recently opened in Chicago and Minooka, Illinois, and in Hammond, Indiana. We also began moving residents into the expansion of the Heritage Woods of Huntley assisted living community, which included the addition of memory care to the campus.
Affordable assisted living communities that will be managed by Gardant are under construction in Bloomington, Indianapolis, Kokomo, Lafayette, Michigan City, Muncie and New Albany, Indiana.
