Oasis at 30th is a three-story assisted living community in Indianapolis that features 124 one-bedroom apartments and offers a full spectrum of services to help older adults embrace their independence.
Oasis at Scholars Landing is a state-of-the-art community with 60 one-bedroom apartments in Atlanta. The personal care home provides housing, meals and assistance with daily living for seniors who live at the community.
The newly acquired communities are the first outside of Illinois since Gardant announced expansion plans last year.
Gardant Management Solutions is the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois. It operates assisted living, senior living and memory care communities in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, the Metro East area of St. Louis, and other locations in northern, central and southern Illinois.
The company’s portfolio now includes 44 properties, and Gardant ranks as the 14th largest provider of assisted living in the country, according to Senior Living Executive, a publication of Argentum.
