Administrators from three Gardant communities graduated from the 2016 Argentum Executive Leadership Institute.
The institute, which was conducted in conjunction with Argentum’s Senior Living Executive Conference in Denver, is an intense university-level educational experience designed specifically for executives of assisted living and senior living communities.
The curriculum combined rigorous academic work with real-world work-skills development to enhance and enrich the work of administrators when they return to their communities.
The 2016 Gardant graduates are:
– Beverly Fetherling, Heritage Woods of Manteno
– John King, Heritage Woods of Yorkville
– Diane Simpson, Heritage Woods of Benton
